Fifteen years of
building in Nashik.
Pawar Builders & Land Developers has spent 15+ years working on residential, commercial and land development projects around Nashik, Maharashtra. The practice is built on construction knowledge gathered on-site, project after project, rather than on marketing alone.
That experience today spans three connected disciplines — residential development for families, commercial development for businesses, and land development that lays the groundwork for both.

A plot of land is only the starting point. Our approach treats every site as a future neighbourhood — considering roads, orientation, privacy and green space before a single structure is designed.
From there, contemporary architecture and functional layouts are used to shape homes and commercial spaces that are genuinely comfortable to use, not just photograph.
